In the Epistle to the Ephesians Paul has a special message for the divided world of our day. New "middle walls of partition" have been erected which were not known when the apostle lived and taught. But Paul's gospel of reconciliation through Christ provides the answer to the divisions in the present century as surely as it did to the first-century cleavages which the New Testament describes. Today as then the Epistle to the Ephesians points men to Christ and says, "He is our peace."
